RBC Dexia Investor Services recently released the results of a proprietary survey that asked 150 of Europe’s leading financial services decision-makers for their opinions on the operational challenges facing fund distributors.

‘The Future of the Fund Distribution Market’ is the most extensive study conducted to date on key issues and trends impacting the processing and management of investment fund orders.

The funds universe is vast and increasingly diverse with the development of more complex fund products and multiple distribution channels. The findings of this study offer insight into what the market demands, which trends are important and how individual services on offer are rated.
